From lot development to finished house builds, we can handle it all. We like to keep as much of the process of our builds in house, so that we can ensure a better quality finish. We do this by working with our affiliate company Coyote Ridge Contracting Ltd, who looks after our dirt work, water and septic installations and electrical. You can be assured that you are getting a quality lot or home when purchasing one of our properties.
